Guys And Dolls Remake In The Works At Fox

We're off to see the Wiza... wait, wrong musical...
Fox has acquired the rights to a film adaption of one of the world's best and most popular musicals, Guys and Dolls. For those unaware of the story, Guys and Dolls is set in 1940's New York and follows some small-time criminals and professional gamblers. The original 1955 adaption was led by the legendary Marlon Brando and Frank Sinatra.

Fox is apparently looking into a younger cast for the remake, because apparently they're eyeing Channing Tatum and Joseph Gordon-Levitt for the cast. I like it. Both were amazing performing at this year's Oscars, so it's going to be fabulous if they're actually cast.

I personally haven't seen Guys and Dolls, but I've always wanted to. It looks so good! I'm definitely going to see the new one, especially if Tatum and JGL are involved. But, it's still in early stages of development, so nothing is official yet. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
